Naming the clinic in the Netherlands as controller guarantees that your data goes straight to a medical body bound by medical confidentiality.
We process only the data needed to give accurate medical information and to check whether you qualify for the procedure.
Contact form
We process your email address, optionally your phone number, and information about how far along the pregnancy is (week, BPD/FL measurements). We need this to suggest the appropriate medical method.
Checking funding
We ask where you live and about Dutch insurance in order to confirm whether the procedure can be provided free of charge (Wlz funding).
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR (your explicit consent to the processing of health data).
Retention period: We delete enquiry data after 30 days, unless the procedure goes ahead — in which case it becomes part of your medical records, retained in accordance with Dutch law.
Your privacy is our priority. We use advanced safeguards:
TLS 1.3 encryption (HTTPS) – all communication with the site is secure
No marketing tracking – we use no Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or other tools that track your behaviour for advertising purposes
Data transfer – we use secure hosting from Vercel Inc. (servers in the EU – Frankfurt). Data is transferred under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC)
Database – contact-form submissions and blog content are stored in Supabase (Supabase Inc.) on servers located in the EU (Ireland), with access limited to authorised clinic staff. Data is transferred under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC)
Bot protection – the contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile verification, which uses no cookies and does not profile users
Confidentiality – your data is neither sold nor shared with third parties for marketing purposes
You have full control over your data. You have the right to:
Access your data and receive a copy of it
Rectify (correct) your data
Erase your data – the "right to be forgotten"
Withdraw consent to processing at any time
Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens; in Poland: UODO
